Kindness

Some people are kind and generous.  Maybe it is from good education or they are being treated nicely so that that’s the way they response to the world.  It is good to see that they world is getting better, though there is a long way to go.

This evening I saw a movie.  It was rather interesting staying home and relaxing.  Life is not always hard.  It is always about attitude.  Chances are always there.  As long as you remember to grab them, you will benefit from them.  I am not sure what a meaningful life is, but I am trying to lead one.  Then you understand the secret of happiness.  It is to share what you have and forget what you cannot control.  It is about knowing and believing there is a better future, regardless how harsh the world is doing to you.

“I am not sure what a meaningful life is, but I am trying to lead one.” If you don’t know what it is, how are you leading one? Is it based on some idea or possible clue to what it is?

An education in school/college makes some people kind and generous? Um, . . .

Life’s not always hard. Correct. Some people just live it that way.

It is correct that the definition of “meaningful” is important. However, is the word itself ambiguous? Is there an ultimate meaningfulness to everyone in the world? So yes, it is based on some ideas or possible clue to what it is to a particular group of people. We all have our own definitions.
What is education? If a teacher respects and encourages generosity, students will be influenced by the value more or less.
Why should we care how others lead their lives? Is it because we’d like to imitate , to follow, or to be inspired?

A teacher respecting and encouraging generosity has nothing to do with educating his students, not in terms of gaining knowledge. There have been many teachers just the opposite that have accomplished that.

But what is it that you’re willing to learn? Is it just knowledge, or the way of living? Living in terms of trying to figure out what’s important tin life, thus finding out the meaning.

We care because maybe to be inspired, or to inspire them.

Teachers are influential no matter what their social status is. We learned from each other. Can we find the meaning of life from a teacher? Maybe, but he/she must be a really good one.
